Dr Sean Scott - Emergency Physician, Intensivist, ECMO Retrievalist and Director of Critical Care Simulation. Sean is an Australian trained intensivist (FCICM) and emergency physician (FACEM) practising critical care from African retrieval to ECMO for transplant. Through his roles he is working to bridge the gap that often exists between the emergency department and the ICU in a variety of contexts. Sean has an interest in international critical care education, he is the director of critical care simulation at the Don Harrison patient safety centre and the deputy supervisor of intensive care training at St Vincent’s in Sydney. Sean currently works clinically as a staff specialist at St Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney.
