Biography

Dr George Ntoumenopoulos is an Australian trained PhD-qualified physiotherapist who has recently relocated from the UK in November 2012. George was in UK since 2002 as Consultant Physiotherapist in Critical Care at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, Kings Health Partners, and has secured an Honorary Post as Consultant Physiotherapist in Critical Care at GSTFT. George obtained his PhD in 1994. George has extensive clinical, teaching and research expertise in critical care internationally including Australia, United Kingdom and the USA. George has over 29 research publications in peer reviewed journals, including original research, invited papers, editorials and book chapters whilst in clinical roles. George is on the editorial board of the World Journal of Critical Care Medicine and is a reviewer for major scientific journals. Dr George Ntoumenopoulos also reviews for nationally competitive granting bodies in the UK, Australia and Belgium.
