David is an Intensive Care Specialist at the Alfred Hospital. He trained in General and Respiratory Medicine in the UK before completing Intensive Care training in Australia. He is also chair of the ANZICS Centre for Outcomes and Resource Evaluation and an Associate Professor with the Department of Epidemiology and Preventative Medicine at Monash University. His research interests are in the epidemiology and monitoring of Intensive Care outcomes, lung transplantation and organ donation.
