• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST.
• Payments can be made using the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard or bank transfer.
• Credit card payments will attract a 1.8% processing fee. 
• It is a condition of booking that full payment is received prior to the event. If full payment is not received, guests will not be admitted.
• Once you have completed the details on each page, click NEXT to proceed to the next section.
• If you are booking someone else on their behalf, please enter their email address in the email address field.
• An automated email confirmation will be sent to the nominated email address upon completing the booking and payment. If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes, please check your spam / junk folder and if it has not been received, please contact our office.

Cancellation policy

• All cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing via email to the AusRAIL registration team.
• Cancellation received prior to Monday 24 October 2022, midnight GMT+10: payments will be refunded less any credit card fees and a 25% administrative charge. After this date, no refunds will be possible.

Please note:

• Your booking will not be confirmed until we have received your payment in full. 
• You must complete all steps for your booking to be accepted. It is not possible to save an incomplete booking and come back to it later.
• Please be advised that from Monday 7 November 2022 payment for social event tickets can only be made by credit card.

Australia operates under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), as amended, and the Privacy amendment (Notifiable Data Breaches) 2017. The objective of these is to protect the right of the individual to privacy of their information.

Europe operates under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union.

Please note that dietary requirements are considered as sensitive data according to the GDPR Act 9.
